A commonly overlooked aspect that contributes to movie and television sets is grip and electric equipment.

Both types of equipment are essential in ensuring that your film shoot goes off without a hitch. The grip crew is the one that rigs up all the high-tech equipment, such as the lighting equipment, camera crane, tripods, and more. On the other hand, the electric team is the one that connects and powers all the equipment, running the proper wires you need throughout the whole set. Both teams are essential to the movie filming process, but they need the equipment to do so—that’s where our electric and grip equipment rental service comes in.

 

Our grip and electric equipment available in Kansas City is priced to rent on an individual basis. If your production requires a specific light or piece of equipment in addition to what you already have, we can complete your equipment needs.

Our large inventory and selection of equipment include Fisher Dollies, Mole-Richardson, Lex, L.A. Rag House, Advantage Grip, Avenger, American, Matthews, Manfrotto, Lastolite. No matter what your requirement, you are assured well maintained, quality equipment.

Items rented on an individual basis are available to you at 2:00 p.m. on the day preceding your shoot with the option of returning the equipment by 10:00 a.m. the day following your shoot at no additional charge (subject to equipment availability). For seven consecutive rental days, we will discount our rental rates to be equivalent to 3 times the daily rates.

Delivery and pick-up services are available as well as after-hour pick-up and drop-off facilities.
