Cancellation Fee: If BOOKED time is canceled within 5 working days, the cancellation fee is equal to the rental fee. If cancelled within 10 working days the fee is 1/2 the rental fee. There is no cancellation fee for studio time that was put on HOLD.

Insurance: General liability insurance with Icehouse Studio and Lights On Minneapolis named, as a certificate holder is required to use the facility. Proof thereof must be faxed prior to Booking. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Icehouse/Lights On inc. harmless from any and all claims, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of lessee's use or possession of the equipment/facility.

Payment Terms: For new clients payment is due in full on the day of the shoot. For clients with established accounts we expect payment in full no more than 30 days after the date of invoice.

Cyc: Cyc walls and floor are kept white. Client may request paint-in of other colors as needed with the understanding that the cyc must be returned to white at the end of the Booking. Icehouse painting is done at a rate of $35.00/man hour plus the cost of paint and supplies used. The floor is not necessarily painted white before each booking, but can be for the cost of paint and labor.

Damages: All damages/loss/repairs to icehouse will be billed as necessary.

Wrap: Stage must be swept and all set pieces/garbage removed unless other arrangements are made. Items left at end of booking will be discarded. Additional cleaning is done at a cost of $35.00/manhour.

Pick-up or deliveries: Outside of Booked time must be scheduled with Icehouse in advance.

Electricity: All power used for lighting or set equipment, must be drawn from the main boxes or distribution panel. Power for other uses may use house power.

Parking: Parking is allowed in the entire parking lot.
